Raghu Bhargava, CEO JSoft Solutions Ltd, is a dynamic and resourceful business leader. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, Mr. Bhargava possesses rich expertise in the areas of Strategy formulation & implementation, Project delivery and Relationship management. With his career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Bhargava has held various managerial positions, including leadership roles at IBM, Satyam and Bhawan Cybertek.

KVN RAO

Head Relationship

With an extensive experience of about 22 years, Mr. KVN Rao has a proven record of fostering organizational performance by developing and maintaining several key relationships with customers and partners. His understanding of Customer needs and expectations has been exemplary and have set standards for the entire company. Prior to joining JSoft, Mr Rao has held top management position at The Churchgate Group, ION Exchange, Fisher Rosemount and Torrent Laboratories.. His professional business orientation and strong management skills have created a solid record of successful long-term customer relationships.

RAJEEV JOSHI

Head - ADMS

An accomplished IT professional with over 17 years of experience, Rajeev Joshi carries out the role of Head – ADMS (Application Development & Maintenance Services) at JSoft. Formerly an employee of Yahoo, Mr. Joshi has a proven track record in professional services and customer support. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Joshi oversees the development and delivery of new service offerings and align Jsoft’s business strategy with the company’s delivery model. Along with delivery he also oversees support and maintenance services for ERP/customized applications. At Jsoft, Mr. Joshi is responsible for implementing and monitoring efficient Program Management practices, ensuring on-time deliveries and meeting customer expectations.

SUNDAR RAMACHANDRAN

Head - IMS

Sundar Ramachandran, Head of IMS (Infrastructure Management Services) division is prime driver behind the delivery of world-class support and maintenance services across various service layers including Infrastructure & Networks management and Datacenter operations. He was instrumental in designing and implementing DR & BCP for JSW group of Companies. Mr. Ramachandran, has over 17 years of experience which includes managing various technology infrastructure environments, application development, Quality Assurance and End-to-End Data Center management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ramachandran has held managerial positions at Wipro Technologies, Oxford Health Plans (US), Ascent computing group and Tata Motors (Pune).

GOPALAKRISHANA GUBBI

Head HR & Facilites

Gopalkrishna Gubbi leads the JSoft’s Human Resources and Facility management team. He is responsible for nurturing of the existing workforce and making sure that personnel aspects are streamlined and smooth. He ensures that the company hires, develops and retains the best and brightest employees in the industry and for fulfilling JSoft's commitment to challenge and reward their excellence. His professional experience also includes working at QWEST, Mistral, Majoris, and Savantech. In addition,  he has also engaged himself as Hon. Secretary of NHRD Bangalore Chapter, Founder Member – HRinIndia, Editor of HRudaya – monthly HR eZine & Associate Member - NIPM Karnataka Chapter
